7th State of the Science Cancer Survivorship Research Symposium

Goal

The purpose of this activity is to increase the awareness of an emerging sub‐specialty in oncology ‐ survivorship care of post‐treatment cancer patients. We will offer lectures, interactive small groups, and question/answer sessions to increase knowledge in care of survivors based on the most current evidence-based research and empirical data on clinical practice. In addition, Interactive sessions will highlight newly released research related to the use of clinical practice guidelines and decision tools to guide and support
clinicians in making decisions.
 

Target Audience: This conference should be of interest to Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Oncology Nurses, Researchers, Social Workers and Psychologists.

Registration IS FRee

On-site registration opens at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019.  The symposium will begin at 7:30 a.m. and adjourn at 3:45 p.m.

Advanced registration is encouraged as space and materials are limited.
